The Dabeerpura police apprehended five persons, who were allegedly involved in a dacoity case reported on 11-02-2025 at PS Dabeerpura, Hyderabad.

A-1: Mohd Abdullah S/o Mohd Mujeeb, age: 22 Years, Occ: Mobile Technician, R/o H.No.17-8-533/159/A, Bagh E Jahara, Yakuthpura, Hyderabad.
(previously involved in (07) cases in PS Madannapet, PS Panjagutta, PS Chaderghat, PS Malakpet, PS Saroor Nagar, PS Rein bazaar.

A-2: Mohd Ayub Qadar Mohiuddin, S/o. Md Ibrahim, Age: 29 yrs, Occ: Sofa Worker, R/o. H. No. 17-1-178/A/22, Laxmi Nagar, Santhosh Nagar, Hyderabad. (Rowdy sheeter of PS Chaderghat)

The brief facts of the case are that on 11.02.2025 at 0900 hrs, received a complaint from Mohammed Wahajuddin, S/o Mohammed Nazeeruddin, aged 26 years, working as an Ola (bike) rider, R/o Edi Bazar, Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad, N/o Dayara, Medak District, in which he stated that he work as an Ola (bike) rider. On 08.02.2025, at around 23:00 hours, he purchased a beer from a wine shop and proceeded towards his home via Azampura, Dabeerpura to Edi Bazar. On 09.02.2025, at about 01:00 hours, while he was near Seven Temple, Dabeerpura, he stopped his vehicle to drink the beer. Meanwhile, the accused persons approached him and asked, “Who are you, and where are you from?” He replied that he resides in Edi Bazar. They then asked about his native place, and he told them he was from Medak. The accused then demanded money from him. When he told them that he did not have any money with him, they suddenly began beating him with hands. One of them pulled him and threatened to kill him if he did not hand over the money and they forcefully took an amount of Rs. 5000/- from his pocket. They also searched his pockets and found his ATM card. They took the ATM card and demanded his PIN. Out of fear, he provided it. Two of the accused then went to an ATM to withdraw money while the others stayed behind. The two accused withdrew Rs. 3,000/- from his account. After some time, they returned and demanded more money. When he told them he had no more money with him, one of them took his Oppo A38 mobile phone (No. 9059009928), removed the SIM card, handed the SIM back to him, and they fled towards the Dabeerpura railway tracks.
On credible information apprehended the above said five accused persons on 13-02-2025 at 11:00 hours near Yakutpura Railway Station, Hyderabad.
